9.0Light & bright, reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast good and three different swimming pools to choose from 😊
− Breakfast staff, were rather sullen. They needed to smile, make eye contact and be more welcoming.

Hotel con buena relación calidad- precio
7.0La ubicación es perfecta, a 5 min en coche del puerto de Naousa. La relación calidad - precio está muy bien si solo Desayuno muy variado que cambia todos los días. Tienen varios hoteles juntos de la misma cadena por lo que comparten zonas comunes y piscinas, teniendo los servicios de un 4 estrellas aunque te alojes en uno de 3.
− Los baños son extremadamente pequeños y no tienen repisas donde apoyar los neceseres. Cuando llegamos la habitación estaba muy limpia pero la limpieza diaria que hacen es bastante mejorable. Las sábanas tenían un agujero. Las zonas de las piscinas no son muy agradables

6.0Spacious suite. Short walk into the town.
− Cleanliness was an issue for us throughout our stay. We were shown to our room and found dead bugs on top of the bedding & towels. The pool bar gave us multiple dirty glasses for drinks we ordered. Our towels/linen was changed throughout our stay and again had stains/marks on which we had to request to be changed. The staff were helpful when we raised our concerns but for the price point, we felt it wasn’t value for money and expected better for a ‘four star’ hotel.

8.0Good location, walking distance to town, very cheap good value, it’s an extension of a nicer hotel but you can use the facilities of the fancy hotel!
