10.0Ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Haus mit wirklich sehr netten Hausherren 🤗. Oliver war immer für einen netten kleinen Plausch zu haben. Einfach angenehm. Highlight ist natürlich der tolle Pool. Gerade am Abend und mit Kind Gold wert. Zum Sandstrand läuft man ca. 6 Minuten und kann auch bei Bedarf gleich noch im Supermarkt vorbeischauen. Richtig gut. Auch Privlaka selber ist wunderbar gelegen um Ausflüge an andere Strände oder Städte zu unternehmen was ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich empfehlen, würden aber beim nächsten Mal ein Apartment(mit Küche) buchen. Alles in Allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

5.0Első benyomásra igényes szép és vendég barát. Nyilván ezért foglaltam ide. De életem top 2 legrosszabb szállásának egyike.
− Udvar / medence A medence vize jéghideg volt, mivel a hőszivattyú egész héten nem üzemelt. Valószínűleg emiatt a vendégek nem tudták használni. Építő javaslat: ha a szállás a medencével szeretne kitűnni, érdemes lenne nemcsak látványban, hanem a használhatóságban is megadni a minőséget. Kapu A gépkocsibejárót végig kézzel kellett nyitni, mert a motor le volt akasztva. Ez hosszabb tartózkodásnál kényelmetlen a vendégek számára. Vendégfogadás Ha egy vendég bemutatkozik, két nap után illene felismerni. Napi 150 EUR szobaár mellett különösen fontos a figyelmesség és a személyes odafigyelés. Szoba / tisztaság A szoba takarítása hagyott kívánnivalót maga után: az ablakok nem voltak letakarítva, a takarók állapota kifogásolható volt. Az ágytakarót, amely 3 EUR-ba került volna, a kutyám alá sem tenném – de ha már van, legalább legyen tisztán kimosva. A tisztaság általánosságban nem volt megfelelő, nem csak némi por, hanem kifejezetten nagy mennyiségű szennyeződés volt jelen. Zajszigetelés A gipszkarton falak minimális hangszigetelés nélkül készültek, így a zaj könnyen áthallatszott. Felszereltség • A minibárhűtő sajnos nem működött rendesen, viszont folyamatosan zörgött. • Az erkélyen a kerti bútorokhoz nem volt ülőpárna. • A szúnyogháló nem működött rendeltetésszerűen. • A szobában kihelyezett 3in1 kávé mellett nem volt vízforraló, sem kanál, cukor, tea vagy más alapvető kiegészítő. • Öt napra mindössze két törölközőt kaptunk, ami kevésnek bizonyult. Ágy / matrac A matrac rendkívül rossz állapotban volt, teljesen kifeküdt rugós darab, amely pihenésre alkalmatlan. Öt nap alatt összesen alig tudtunk 8 órát aludni, izomlázzal és hátfájdalmakkal ébredtünk minden reggel. Ez alapvető probléma, hiszen a vendég elsősorban pihenni érkezik. Vendéglátói hozzáállás A vendéget illik józan állapotban fogadni. Ez alapvető tisztelet kérdése.
