Considering the price, you get a clean room in a very good location.
5.0The room was very well located and everything was fine.
− The fact that we paid cash (which they definitely prefer as they kept emailing to say it would be 5% off) meant that they held on to the deposit we paid and then we were told that it could take up 20 WORKING days to for this to be returned which seems ridiculous. It has been 3 weeks since we stayed and we still have not received our money back. DO NOT PAY CASH. We left a dress in the room. I returned almost instantly and there was no one able to let us in. As I waited, I looked down and the dress was in a rubbish bin bag ready to be thrown out with no attempt to contact us.
