9.0Right at the beach with a great view and we also loved the restaurant. It was super convenient to have everything we needed without having to go out at all. The room and the bathroom were spacious. The patio was lovely too. I just missed a small sofa in the room because there is enough space and it would be nice to have a seating option apart from the bed:) overall great place we would like to return
