1.0Der Empfang war ganz freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war super. Parkplätze stehen ausreichend direkt am Haus zur Verfügung.
− Das Apartment ist komplett abgewohnt, fleckig und unzureichend gereinigt. Haare im Kühlschrank und Tiefkühler. Besonders das Badezimmer ist eine absolute Zumutung – sanierungsbedürftig und übersät mit Haarrückständen, siehe Bilder. Nicht umsonst, ist dieses Badezimmer auf Booking nicht unter den Bildern zu finden. Aufgrund von Kakerlaken auf dem Balkon war an Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht zu denken. Sehr hellhörig. Durch die direkte Lage an der Haupteingangstür im Erdgeschoss und den dünnen Wänden/Decken, ist's teilweise sehr laut. Nach Reklamation dieser teils unzumutbaren Zustände zeigte sich die Unterkunft völlig uneinsichtig. Uns wurde keine Alternative geboten und jegliche Entschädigung verweigert, sodass wir auf eigene Kosten für die restlichen drei Nächte umbuchen mussten.
