2.0La struttura e la pulita e c’era la aria condizionata
− Sono stato aggredito dalla reception per via del ritardo che ho fatto per fare il check-in per motivi di salute. Sono stato dritto verbalmente tra cui urla e atteggiamenti razzisti. In più c’era scritto incluso colazione e l’ho chiesto alla reception mi fanno vuoi fare colazione da un’altra parte perché sono arrivato che ero nero da solo e sono stato maltrattato appena è arrivata la mia compagna di carnagione Chiara è cambiato tutto e improvvisamente è diventato molto gentile
