10.0La ubicación es excelente,toda nuestra visita a Roma la hemos hecho andando desde el alojamiento. La habitación está muy bien y te la limpian todos los días, tienes hasta zapatillas en la habitación . Pero lo que sí que quiero destacar por encima de todo es el trato del personal de la recepción. Sobretodo de Salvatore, que fue con quien más coincidimos. Mi pareja y yo hemos viajado mucho, sobre todo en hoteles, pero lo de Salvatore ha superado con creces el buen trato que hemos recibido por donde hemos estado. Nuestro vuelo de regreso salía a una hora nocturna que nos descuadraba también el día, pues bien, gracias a Salvatore, que nos reubico en sus instalaciones,sin coste alguno,este último día de estancia en Roma fue perfecto y nos dió la tranquilidad para disfrutarlo. Estamos muy agradecidos ,y encontrar personas así te hacen sentir que estás como en casa. Y eso hoy en día es para valorarlo. Muchas gracias.
