− Location on a very busy street, but no noise in the room.
We had a lovely time in Rome and the hotel stay contributed to that.
10.0The property was clean, bright and fresh. Very quirky to get into, going up in the secret elevator felt almost spy like.

Horrible experience
1.0− The entrance could have looked better , the lift was not great I was left stranded one night about 9.30 pm because the lift was up the top floor , I walked the stairs about 3 times no lift no directions and then I rang the 3 numbers and no answer what if there was an emergency not good enough, then I had a family issue and I had to leave early and didn’t even get some money back very disappointing , I virtually gave you all my money for nothing, I will not recommend your hotel to anyone
