Nice rooms surrounded by nature and a good breakfast.

− While the property itself is very nice, the customer service was disappointing. The room we originally booked (through booking platform) was no longer available when we arrived, so we were downgraded while still paying the same price. Instead of the 30 m² room we had reserved, we were given a much smaller room (around 10 m²), located farther from the center, with the shower outside the room. What was most disappointing was not only the downgrade itself, but also the way it was handled. The communication and overall professionalism left a lot to be desired, and no effort was made to adequately address the situation. Although the property has many positive qualities, this experience significantly reduced our enjoyment of the stay. I hope the management improves the way they handle situations like this in the future, as the property has great potential.

− Cancelaron nuestra reserva sin aviso y cuando llegamos en pleno feriado no teníamos sitio y el personal no fue nada amable nos retrasaron todo el itinerario y perdimos actividades ya pagadas y eso q reservamos con mucho tiempo y se excusaron q llamaron el día q estábamos ya viajando nada de seriedad ni empatía y estuvimos x horas esperando una solución nos dañaron el feriado

You really feel at home!

This is not our first time to Temple I, we came back and probably will come back again. The first time was for tourism, a short stay and because we enjoyed it so much, we came back for a whole week of remote working. It is perfect to come with your pets - we came with our two cats and they had the best time of their lives! Also, Ruddy made us very comfortable, prepared breakfast every morning for us, even tried to vary a little with the ingredients she is given. She made us incredible juices and was always available, made sure we had everything we needed. She was great ! Thank you very much!

− Some internet issues sometimes, which is not super great when you need internet to work... but we fixed it pretty quickly everytime it happened.

Echt geweldig! Tussen alle vogels, enorm relaxed terwijl het maar 15 minuten wandelen naar het dorp is. Goed uitgeruste keuken dus je kan zelf koken. Ruddy was super behulpzaam met alle tours en heeft zelfs een vogelspot tour guide voor me geregeld die echt top was!!

Un lugar poco común y tranquilo, con un hermoso jardín y bonitas vistas. La señora del personal fue muy proactiva y preparaba desayunos deliciosos.

− Nuestra habitación no tenía la mejor ubicación, ya que estaba en la planta baja y encima de nosotros había otros huéspedes. Como la casa es de madera, se escuchaban claramente sus pasos. Creemos que nos habría gustado más una habitación en el piso superior. Habríamos podido disfrutar mucho más del lugar teniendo acceso a las hamacas y a las vistas desde el nivel superior.

Erg vriendelijk geholpen door Ruddy! Elke ochtend maakte ze ontbijt voor ons klaar en hielp ons wanneer wij een taxi nodig hadden, een activiteit wilde doen of onze kleding wilde wassen. Ze was erg aardig en dacht met ons mee.
