− The only thing I would mention is there is no elevator so if you have a lot of heavy suitcases it could be an issue to get them up the stairs to the next level

5.0Perfect location in a quiet road next to Navona place.
− Reception and check-in are completely virtualised so you never see any host. The responsible person hides behind internet links and WhatsApp chats. This can be ok when everything goes well but creates annoyances when problems occur. In our case, the kid beds were not prepared upon our arrival, hand soap was not available and the overall cleaning of the apartment was sub-standard. The mirror lamps were out of order, the showers just a tiny jet, and the hot tub could not be filled in a reasonable amount of time. The operator in the WhatsApp chats obviously did not understand (or tried to confuse us) what a ZTL (zona traffico limitato) is, after 10 messages it turned out that he could not register us for guest access into the ZTL.

− Dirty,bad smell when you enter ,strangers rented a room and share kitchen with my family without our knowledge, no elevators,we were lucky our rooms were on first floor but still have to bring 7 bags upstairs , air condition in kitchen is broken,very hot, bathroom is terrible,mould on the shower head and ceilings, being a historic building doesn’t justify these issues,they should have been upgraded, also our room’s air condition was dripping water on floor from the unit,maintenance managed to fix it,I believe the photos advertised don’t reflect the poor shape,this is definitely not luxury suites and don’t be deceived by the advertisement,I don’t recommend it for a family with young children and teenagers.
