Unfreundlich, teuer, unfair in Split
3.0Die Lage ist gut und der Balkon angenehm.
− Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis paßt überhaupt nicht. Es handelt sich um ein kleines Zimmer in einer Ferienwohnung. Es gibt kaum Platz für Gepäck und Garderobe. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und die Fotos zum Zugang entsprechen nicht der Situation vor Ort. In der Anzeige wird das Vorhandensein eines Parkplatzes suggeriert. Vor Ort ist man auf völlig überlasteten öffentlichen Parkraum oder einen kostenpflichtigen , ebenfalls überlasteten Parkplatz angewiesen. Zu einer Frage nach dem Zugang reagierte der Vermieter extrem unfreundlich und beleidigend, u.a. mit Worten "You are crazy" und das wiederholend. Im Apartment selbst findet sich noch eine freche Gebührenliste für den Fall von Ausstattungsreinigung normalen Gebrauches (z B. Gebühr, falls Make-up-Spuren an Handtüchern vorkommen sollten.
