10.0L'accoglienza e la professionalità dello staff, la struttura pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, la posizione strategica vicino all' ospedale e ai principali servizi e attività.
− sostanzialmente nulla; ad essere proprio pignoli, il parcheggio è leggermente scomodo, ma è solo un dettaglio facilmente trascurabile.

8.0Ho soggiornato in questa struttura di nuova apertura e ne sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito. Essendo una realtà appena avviata, è normale che ci siano ancora alcuni piccoli aspetti da affinare, ma sono dettagli che passano in secondo piano di fronte all'entusiasmo, alla disponibilità e all'impegno dei gestori. L'accoglienza è stata calorosa, l'ambiente è curato e si percepisce chiaramente la volontà di crescere e offrire un servizio sempre migliore. È una struttura giovane, con ottime potenzialità, che merita fiducia e incoraggiamento.

9.0Struttura ben curata e personalizzata nei dettagli. Stanza e spazi comuni puliti e dotati di ogni confort. Letto molto comodo. Ottima la colazione con torte fatte in casa e servita dal proprietario Andrea che ci ha accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità.. Tutto perfetto.
− Un po' scomodo da raggiungere il centro storico di Chieti (circa 10 min in auto dalla struttura)
