− Le bruit du métro dans la chambre, lit moyennement confortable, et 1 seule serviette de bain par personne, pas de serviette pour les mains.

− Nos dieron llaves primer día y no han pasado a limpiar habitación ningún día de los cuatro ,1 sola percha en armario ,dos tristes toallas para los cuatro días la misma toalla ,nunca nos había pasado dos toallas y ningún cambio de sábanas ni limpieza

La ubicación y la limpieza. Tuvieron el detalle de guardar el equipaje hasta que fuimos al aeropuerto.

− Nos tocó una habitación en un sótano, aunque había ventanas, en el baño hacía frío aún con radiador. Creo que esto es típico inglés.
