Warm, comfortable, good stay.
10.0Excellent rooms - clean, well equipped and taken care of. The staff were outstanding! The manager was very welcoming and helpful with making changes to the reservation, extremely flexible if possible. The continental Breakfast was simple, fresh and the coffee was tasty. Highly recommend this hidden gem in hampstead.
− The water pressure in the shower in the room I was in was a little low but the staff said it would be addressed.
Your genuine welcome is outstanding.
10.0The Manager and team were superb. Absolutely nothing was to much and the welcome was so genuine. The location is fantastic.
− Parking was tricky which is no fault of the hotel, and full details of the parking situation are clearly noted on the booking information.
Clean, friendly and extraordinary nice place in Hampstead

Staff premuroso e gentile.
− assolutamente niente.
