− Unprofessional management. Booked 2 rooms well in advance under the "pay at property" option for my entire family. Upon arrival, the owner refused to give us our rooms, claiming the previous guests wouldn't leave. They then tried to exploit the situation by telling us to find another place or pay a significantly higher price for an alternative room. Absolutely disgraceful way to run a business. Save yourself the stress and book elsewhere.
