6.0Decent room with a lot of place to put your stuff at. Good (paid) laundry service just across the street. Grocery store nearby. Was comfortable for a stay of one night just to sleep, but I wouldn't have stayed for longer.
− The gate and entrance door only open third of the way. It must be fixed. I bashed my head a few times at the entrance door and room door due to low lintels. I've never had this issue before as I'm not a tall person (175 cm). The boiler is powered by gas, which brings a strong gas odor to the public area. Make sure to open the window at the kitchen before taking a shower. There have been what looked like used towels hanging in my room. They might also have been clean, but since they were not folded on the bed as the standard I couldn't tell. It's unclear then if towels are provided or not.

10.0The host was very caring and had a lot of knowledge about the city. We had not much information about Pucon or the activities to do there but he was so lovely and helped us with everything. We will gladly come back!
Spacious but low lovely room
9.0Therr are three rooms, we got the upper one which was big, lucky us. It is however only 165 cm high, so not good for tall people. We spent two nights, the three rooms were never fully.occupi3d, if they were, it would be a bit cramped. It is very central and has a nice garden, the owner is very nice. It is clean.

10.0Excellent location! We travelled down to Pucón for the Ironman event, and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The owner was amazing, accomodating all our needs right from the start. We messaged the owner a few months in advance to help us in enquiring about the race and he was very informative of options around Pucón. The facilities were great and we met some super lovely people. The rooms were very quiet, we couldn’t hear anything outside our room! Would definitely recommend!
