Overal it was a nice stay, we had everything we needed and we were not bothered by anyone.
7.0The place has a spacious kitchen, dining area and sofa. The room was big and had an extra toilet which was really convenient. The host was nice, every time we asked for something they tried immediately to respond to our needs like coffee machine or extra cutlery and plates.
− The place was not cleaned regularly. The place isn't very dirty but could use some work. The common space and bathroom during our stay (12 days) I noticed being cleaned once. There was no vacuum or a mop to clean it by ourselves. I wish the cleaning of common area was taken more seriously and done at least every other day. We stayed perviously in another place where the cleaning of the common areas was done every single day. The kitchen could be better equipped especially for people who cook / stay longer (some spices or oil to use would be nice).

All in all a room you can spend a few nights, you can’t expect a lot though. For the price it’s ok.
6.0− The room is ok overall. There is neither a lovely touch like decoration nor attention in the detail. Though that would only be nice to have and is not necessary. It serves the purpose of just stay for the night. What is necessary in our eyes is cleanliness. Which the apartment does not provide (see pictures). When we arrived we immediately texted the host, which replied immediately, was very considerate and also came to clean. We appreciated it even if it was only a little bit cleaner afterwards. Location is far outside, but you can easily travel to the city by bus and skytrain (ca. 30 min) and the Brentwood town shopping centre is 5 min by bus. All in all a room you can spend a few nights, you can’t expect a lot though. For the price it’s probably ok.
