1.0Going to the Opera at the Arena
− Mould in bathroom/shower area. Spare pillows disgusting, they were stained. I have been charged twice for city tax, once by booking.com and once by the property owner. Despite attempts to clarify the tax payments with the property and booking.com I am unable to get an explanation. Booking.com AI help is useless and the property did not respond to my request for an explanation.

5.0The location was great, being a stone's throw away from the Verona Arena. The jacuzzi was a great bonus and worked well. Air-conditioning was strong and robust.
− The room was rather small and would benefit from an added seat and desk. Some of the facilities were also very basic, like the bedside table, and overall was not conducive to an impression of a comfortable stay. The biggest problem, which I find to be really unacceptable, is that the windows could not be closed, meaning you would hear any noises from the crowd near the arena and have no control over flies and mosquitoes that entered. In fact, we had a trail of ants in our room at some point. Strangely, this permanently gapped window is half-covered with a translucent curtain and the other half covered with an opaque velvet curtain. This meant light would in from half the window in the morning.

10.0Alles: Lage, Ausstattung. Direkt an der Arena der perfekte Ort für die Oper und die Altstadt. Einchecken ging noch nie so einfach!!!
