1.0Es ist sehr zentral
− Leider können wir diese Unterkunft überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen. Es hat uns gar nicht gefallen, dass wir zusätzliche Gebühren bezahlen mussten, nur weil wir nicht pünktlich um 20:00 Uhr angekommen sind. Diese Gebühren fanden wir völlig überzogen. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden außerdem Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Es war den ganzen Tag sehr laut, sodass wir kaum schlafen oder uns erholen konnten. Wir hatten ein Vierbettzimmer, das sehr eng und dunkel war. Mit vier Betten blieb praktisch kein Platz, um sich frei zu bewegen. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unfreundlich. Als ich die zusätzlichen Gebühren angesprochen habe, wurde die Mitarbeiterin so laut und aggressiv, dass ich mich sehr unwohl gefühlt habe. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe war schlecht organisiert. Wir mussten etwa 30 Minuten vor der Unterkunft warten, bis überhaupt jemand die Tür geöffnet hat. Nach zwei Übernachtungen haben wir uns deshalb entschieden, in derselben Stadt in ein anderes Hotel umzuziehen. Dort war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis deutlich besser, die Ausstattung hochwertiger und das Personal wesentlich freundlicher. Aus unserer Sicht ist diese Unterkunft daher nicht zu empfehlen.

− la signora dell’appartamento si è mostrata inizialmente molto disponibile e alla mano,successivamente poi per un messaggio di cortesia sull’orario in cui avremmo effettuato il check out,ha risposto in modo sgarbato come se fossi un suo conoscente,dimenticandosi che fossi un cliente e che avessi pagato per il soggiorno.
