6.0Very conveniently located on Venice island. Impressive antique decor inside, high ceilings and clean.
− There is no central kitchen to wash breakfast cups/ plates - has to be done in the bathroom sink if you want to start off your day with a coffee in the apartment.

Impossible to sleep (extremely cold and lots of mosquitoes) but great location
5.0I liked the location and that it looked like the photos. It was very nice that there was some tea, plates, forks, spoons, shampoo, shower gel! And especially - period pads, it is rate that someone thought of that, thank you! 3. There was a working piano
− 1. It is extremely cold. I contacted the host, but they didn’t do anything, just told me that is automated. Meanwhile I was freezing in 2 sweaters under 2 blankets! It was October. 2. Mosquitos. There were so many of them and the fumigator provided didn’t help at all! I couldn’t sleep normally, mosquitos attacked me every 2 minutes! 3. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable. 4. The sofa is very old and impossible to sit on as you feel every metal thing with your bottom. 5. When we asked to leave our luggage, the host said that it is only possibly to leave it right at the entrance, there is no separate room for it and that they accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for it.. it is not the kind of service one would like for this price :( 6. When chatting with the host I got messages in Italian when I am obviously a tourist and don’t speak the language, it wasn’t friendly
Perfektní ubytování do dobrém místě.
8.0Zařízená jídelna s možností přípravy kávy a čaje, velký jídelní stůl. K dispozici byly i peřiny pro chladnější noci. Zařízení pokoje i domu krásným historickým nábytkem. Dům v klidnější části a docházkové vzdálenosti do 10 min. do centra.
− V některých dnech brzy ráno je v domě naproti velký hluk, asi ukládání nějakého odpadu.

− No bedside tables, poor furnishings very shabby and poor lighting. In need of a complete improvement throughout. Hard chair seats Found the numerous signs annoying - ie can’t eat in the room, don’t use the only table, in the Salon for multiple use there were several instructions

9.0Bardzo czysto co było dla mnie najważniejsze , wszystko tak jak na zdjęciach. Kawa,herbata,dżem dla gości. Lokalizacja super wszystko blisko więc idealna. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Właściciel pozwolił zostawić bagaże po wymeldowaniu w holu ponieważ mieliśmy późny lot :) widok na kanał bardzo fajnie wieczorami głośniej jak przejeżdzają ale nam to nie przeszkadzało
