6.0It was quiet and comfortable. the seating outside was great and comfortable. The beds were good and comfortable. The rooms are pretty and done well.
− When we were booked in, the lady did not receive the 3rd room booking. That was understandable, so I moved past it. However, we were shown our rooms and we packed out - just to then be informed that we were given the wrong rooms. we had to pack up and move. In the new rooms we had a lamp and an electric blanket but no plug to use it. Only the next morning I came to realization that the lady who had to check us in, was the cleaner and not the manager. The manager only came at 1 o'clock the following day. The one room did not have an extra blanket, a microwave or an electric blanket.

10.0Really nice clean stopover on a long road trip. Douglas is a small town, but pleasant. The property has ample parking, rooms are lovely, good bedding, helpful staff. Nice grounds. Happily stay here again if we were passing through.
