9.0The apartment was very cute There was special attention to clients ie: coffee bar which was well appointed. , bedside charging stations, a wind scene so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the view and quiet, a comfortable bed , chocolate 😊😊. I really felt like our host paid attention to every detail

10.0Absolutely beautiful setting in all directions! The quiet was soo nice and neighbors all very mellow. The patio is great and provides a wonderful view of sunset colors. The apartment itself is soo cool! Great layout, ambiance and feel. Love the bathroom ✨️ Cute decor with ocean/beach affiliated accents 🌊 Host was home, apartment is somewhat of an addition...although you wouldn't know it! We didn't hear a peep of our host but knew she was there, which provided some comfort actually. Being that it is located on the north end of Gualala, it is closer to Point Arena than Gualala. This was a wonderful surprise for us as we wanted to spend a part of our visit in Point Arena anyway. All surrounding beaches (4 to 15 minutes away) were very cool and each had their own characteristics ❤️
Love our visit, but our schedule didn’t allow for us to follow enjoy the evening view.

− Bit of struggle to get in and out of bed since it sits so high off the ground. Also, I wish we had time to actually visit the seashore..

10.0Location is fantastic if you are looking for solitude, peace and quiet. Communication and info from host is outstanding. Bedroom is well appointed and the King bed is extremely supportive and comfortable. The Bathroom is large with dual sinks and plenty of exceptional lighting to get ready for the day. The hand written welcome note and gourmet chocolate bar upon checking in were a nice touch and unexpected treat. Would definitely recommend for at least a nights stay if you're in the area and want a break from the crowds and city noise. You will experience a restful nights sleep with just the sound of the distant surf and gentle ocean breezes.
