− Dommage que nous n étions pas prévenus de la fermeture le lundi sinon tout ok
Das Hotel sollte von der Booking Liste gestrichen werden. Eine Unverschämtheit.
1.0Absolut garnichts
− Wir hatten ein bestätigtes NR Zimmer und bekamen letztlich ein total verrauchtes Zimmer. Ein Wechsel war angeblich nicht möglich, da es keine weiteren 4-Bett Zimmer (wir waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern unterwegs) gab. Durch den Versuch der Betreiber, das Zimmer vor unserer Ankunft zu lüften, fanden wir das Zimmer mit weit augerissenen Fenstern vor. Durch die Kälte waren die Zimmer eiskalt und wurden auch nicht mehr warm. Zu allem Übel wurde abends dann auch noch die Heizung abgestellt. Die Betreiber wollten sofortige Bezahlung nur in Cash, da das Lesegerät angeblich nicht funktionierte. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin wurde der Preis um 10 EUR auf dann EUR 119 reduziert. Das Hotel ist offensichtlich vorrangig belegt durch Gastarbeiter, überall wird geraucht. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!!
Do not book this property!
1.0We showed up around 17:30, and the hotel was not opened. We could not event talk to anybody. Instead we received an e-mail 17:00 past saying that they cannot arrange a room. We were already not happy, but then now, we were charged for 'no-show'! To start with, how come we can book a room if the hotel/a room is not available? And then, the property is claiming for 'no-show' It is really disappointing experience !

6.0Zentrale Lage mit Bäcker, Bank und Supermarkt um die Ecke sowie Gasthof mit Restaurant unten im Haus. Zimmerausstattung mit Föhn, Duschzeug und Kühlschrank (laut und leuchtet im Dunkeln,also nichts für Nachts) 👍
− Zimmer haben optisch Renovierungsbedarf. Bett komplett durchgelegen, was aber weniger an der vermutlich neueren BettOne Matratze lag, sondern daran,dass es kein Lattenrost gab und diese auf einer scheinbar uralten Federkernmatratze/Bettvorrichtung lagen.
