Small and quite expensive
6.0While the apartment was clean and matched the description in many ways, it was significantly smaller than expected. It was suggested that the space would be suitable for a family with three teenagers. While technically there were enough beds, we felt very squeezed — it was really too tight for comfort. The photos we saw included what looked like a standalone house, which led us to believe we were booking a private villa or a more private setting. In reality, the property is more of an apartment block — the owner lives on-site and rents out five additional units. This gave it much more of a shared, apartment-complex feel than advertised. For the price point, we expected a larger and more spacious setup. The kitchen, while well-equipped in terms of utensils, was extremely cramped — so small that you couldn’t even open the dishwasher fully. There were only two electric hobs, and realistically, you couldn’t cook anything substantial there due to the lack of counter space. Another small but notable disappointment: the TV was not a smart TV. In 2025, that’s a basic expectation, especially for a high-cost rental. All in all, while the place was very clean and well-maintained, it was far too small for a family and felt overpriced for what was offered.

10.0The apartment was perfect, We loved the pool! Short walk to the beach, which is so stunning. After a few very busy days it was so lovely to be away from the hustle and bustle.
