9.0Lokalita, blízkost nádraží. Také velikost pokoje, zázemí, rychlovarné konvice, chladničky, koupelna s wc.
− Nebyl tu fén, matrace tak střední úroveň. Prostěradlo bylo jako struhadlo, potřebovalo by vyměnit. Topení bylo funkční, ale občas vypínalo nezávisle na teplotě v pokoji. Cena ubytování je vyšší ve srovnání s Prahou, ale podstatně nižší než v Kutné Hoře, za což je hostiteli velký dík.
