7.0It had a very nice location. The luggages could be stayed there on the last day.Access was easy,free tea and coffee. The bed was confortable. We received fresh towels and cleaning ever day. The small room has an own balcony part,which makes it a little bit bigger
− I booked the economic room,but the room was different than it was on the pictures. It was small,but it was written that it is only 12m2, so no complain from that part. The bathroom was outdated with lots of scratch on the wall. During the shower,when it reached the suitable warmth,the pressure was low. The cleaning Lady woke me up at 8 with knocking,although the check out was till 12. But after that she was very nice. The toilet was moving and it was built in to a very small place with strange door,next to the shower tube. I could hear everything what happened inside. I accidentally saw an other room during cleaning,it was very nice,so maybe I had the bad luck,but I definitely got the bottleneck. If you do not expext much,it was ok.

7.0− La heladera era compartida. Ademas, esta mal la comunicación con quienes alojan. Por suerte cuando llegamos estaba la chica de limpieza pero se notaba que no sabia que ibamos a estar llegando. Mejoraria solo el tema de la comunicación y dar mas instrucciones de ingreso.

7.0O quarto era muito confortável e limpo. Hotel com boa localização.
− Não há recepção e nem funcionários no hotel, bem como não há telefone no quarto. Caso necessite de algo, não há a quem recorrer. O único contato que tinha era por meio do Booking. Você fica com as chaves de acesso ao hotel e é isso. Fui comunicada que poderia deixar minha mala no escritório após o check out até o momento de ir à estação de trem. Todavia a funcionária da limpeza disse que eu já deveria pegar minhas coisas, porque, se eu ficasse lá por mais tempo, ela teria que me esperar para ir embora. Então, tive que pegar minhas malas antes do horário que planejei. Detalhe: eu fui embora e ela continuou no hotel. A mesma funcionária bateu na porta do meu quarto às 11:25h (antes do horário limite do check out -12h), dizendo que queria limpar a acomodação. Essas situações foram extremamentes desconfortáveis.
