It truly makes you feel like you've stepped back in time into traditional Japan, while still providing all the modern comforts you could need.The warm welcome from the host was wonderful; we felt incredibly well cared for from the very first moment. Her outstanding hospitality made a huge difference in our trip. An exceptional place in Kanazawa that we would love to return to. Highly recommended!

− The only thing is that the walls/doors are very thin, so you can hear people in the other rooms quite clearly - if you’ve got a noisy neighbour it can be a little disruptive!
