− I wish there was something to help clean the floor after a shower since there wasn’t a divider.

9.0Le personnel est aux petits soins, la chambre très spacieuse, la piscine et la vue magnifique, le petit déjeuner très copieux. L’établissement propose en plus un service de restauration avec une carte variée.
− Le wifi ne fonctionne pas très bien mais ce n’est pas de leur faute , il y a des box partout.

3.0Basen, dobre śniadanie, duży pokój
− Trudno ocenić ten obiekt. Ktoś bardzo starał się stworzyć coś na poziomie, ale najpierw trzeba zmienić mentalność obsługi. Wynajęliśmy pokój z tarasem, z tego co się zorientowałam pokój najwyższej klasy w tym obiekcie. Pokój piękny, duży, czysty, niestety detale psują całość. Zerwane zasłony, jedna świecąca żarówka na cztery w łazience, "czarne" dywaniki przy łóżku, które z założenia powinny być białe. Podczas brania prysznica, woda leje się na całą łazienkę, bo nie ma odpowiedniego spływu. Czajnik w pokoju, tylko niestety kubków brak. Niewielki basen dostępny dla ludzi z zewnątrz, co znacznie psuje całość. Bardzo długi czas oczekiwania na zamówienie w restauracji. Na owoce sezonowe (arbuz i melon pokrojone na kawałki) czekaliśmy ponad 40 minut. Drugi raz bym nie wybrała, ale niestety w tej okolicy to jedyny taki obiekt. Jeśli chce aspirować do standardu europejskiego, a rozumiem że taki jest zamysł, to należałoby zwracać większą uwagę na szczegóły i przeszkolić personel, który stara się jak może, ale nikt go nie nauczył co i jak ma robić.
