This is a place we would love to come back to❤️ Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and for making our stay so special. Everything was perfect: the breathtaking view 🌅, the delicious breakfasts prepared with care 🥐☕, the spotless swimming pool, which is cleaned every day 🏊‍♂️✨, and the warm, relaxing atmosphere ☺️ The beautiful Mondello Beach is only about a 10-minute walk away 🏖️, making the location very convenient 👍 But what made our stay truly unforgettable was the amazing staff 🫶🏻 Everyone was so kind, welcoming, caring, and genuinely friendly 😍 You made us feel not just like guests, but like friends! Thank you for every smile, your kindness, and your care 🥰 We are leaving with wonderful memories and sincerely hope to come back one day 🥹 We will definitely recommend this place to everyone 🌸

A beautiful villa with a wonderful garden and mountain views. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, and there is a nice pool that is cleaned every morning. The breakfasts are delicious. The staff are very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Special thanks to RosaMaria and Elena for their hospitality, and a personal thank you for the watermelon 💙

Very beautiful, peaceful place to stay away from the hubbub of the city. Great location- with a car, it's 20 minutes from Falcone-Borsalino airport and 20 minutes from Palermo city centre. The accommodation is located within the Mondello district and a 15 minutes walk from Mondello beach. There are multiple restaurants and gelateria locally to choose from within walking distance of the accommodation. The room was a great size, air conditioned and comes with outdoor space (balcony or patio depending on room). The swimming pool was lovely with plenty of loungers in the sun and in the shade. Never got busy as it's a little villa. The breakfast was lovely with an array of fresh fruit and vegetables, cereals, bread, etc and they will make you an omelette on request! Parking is free and available on site. Staff were very kind with good communication prior to and during stay- thank you to Mrs Rosamaria and Miss Elena for making our stay wonderful.

− May be difficult getting around without a car but that is Sicily in general if you are planning to explore beyond Palermo.

Obiekt w ładnej lokalizacji, pieszo do plaży ok 10-15 min. Bardzo ładny basen w pięknym otoczeniui, przyjemny taras, gdzie serwowano podstawowe śniadanie. Jest bardzo spokojnie i cicho.

− Pokoje na piętrach mają piekne tarasy i widok, nasz pokoj był w przyziemiu i był dość ciemny. Ale nie wpłynęło to na ogólny odbiór. Pokoje mają podstawowe wyposażenie.

Hotel z pięknym otoczeniem- ogród, roślinność, basen. Parking w prywatnej uliczce za bramą. Pyszne śniadania, miła obsługa.
