6.0− The hotel was overall okay, but our experience upon arrival was quite disappointing. When we checked in, there was already a discussion about the price of our booking. The staff mentioned that they did not want to give us the room for the confirmed price and suggested downgrading us instead. This made the check-in process complicated and uncomfortable. Aside from that, the stay itself was acceptable, but the situation at arrival left a negative impression.

9.0Die Unterkunft war gut, wie auch beschrieben. Sriyani hat uns in allen Fragen super geholfen, auch mit mieten eines Roller hat die vermittelt. Frühstück war lecker. Da Sriyani gut deutsch spricht hatten wir keine Probleme gehabt uns zu verständigen. Vielen Dank nochmal Sriyani.

10.0Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich freundlich! Sie kann sehr gut deutsch. Wir haben für 1 Nacht gebucht, eigentlich ein Standard/Budget Zimmer aber wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer bekommen. Der Standard war verglichen mit anderen Hotels auf unserer Reise sehr hoch, vor allem zu dem Preis! Unbedingt empfehlenswert! Die Lage ist auch top!
