− The inventory list took at least 30mins to get through. It’s absolutely ridiculous as it feels like you’re being treated like a criminal. It’s the reason that I wouldn’t stay here again. Inadequate sound proofing. If you are downstairs you can hear all movement and footsteps from upstairs. It disrupts sleep. The door in bedroom 7 that opens up outside did not lock properly. We disliked the house manager making her way into the house while we were eating breakfast. It felt like we were being monitored and tan invasion of our privacy. Please also be fully aware that the check in and check out times are not reflected correctly on booking.com. Check in is 2pm , check out is 11am. Also read carefully as R750 breakage deposit is payable upon arrival.

9.0Beautiful accommodation with all the comforts of home and more. Wonderful entertainment area for adults and kids. Great views. The staff were friendly and helpful.

2.0− One of the sewer pipes in the house was leaking and the entire dining room and one of the bathrooms were messed when we checked in. The host did not tell us that this was an issue upon booking - when we complained, they informed us that they did not know it was an issue but then contradicted themselves by saying that the person that they got to fix the pipe the day before didn't do it properly. The helpers/ cleaners at the property kept bothering my family for food and drinks and would help themselves when they saw nobody looking.

9.0Comfortable place to stay with big family and kids. the kitchen is well equipped for dining. They have a deep freezer and a large fridge.
− No TV's or air-conditioning in the common areas, they only have TV's and air conditioning in bedrooms . There is a pool table which is skew, no chalk and the ques are not great for a proper game but yet they charge R5 per game.

10.0The house had everything needed for the trip. Swimming pool that is cleaned every morning, every room has it own toilet , shower and air-conditioning. The blankets and towels, soap, dishes, spoons were provided.
− The neighbor complained about the noise when we just talking. This cause a discomfort to us and we had constantly lower our voices even during the day
