10.0There was nothing to dislike, superb hotel with great host's. Location perfect. Our room was very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need. Breakfast is superb and plenty of choice. Suites all tastes. Definitely recommend this beautiful superb hotel.

Fabulous short break in Llandudno
9.0The position of the hotel (for us) was really good. It was away from the town centre, but only a short walk to the town and nearest pub. Johnathan was very welcoming, and though we weren't particularly needy I feel confident that he would have gone out of his way to help with what we needed. The room was at the back of the house, bed was very comfortable ensuite shower lot's of towels and toiletries. Tea coffee and biscuits provided. Breakfast was so good. Choice of fruits cereals and juice. Freshly cooked breakfast of your choice. We were very happy with our stay, it was very hot weather so we enjoyed sitting in the lovely garden on a evening. We are happy to recommend and will definitely return.
