10.0Lovely warm welcome from Pat and her husband Stuart, super clean room plenty of space and towels changed everyday we were there. Have stayed here before and will definitely stay again. Lovely choice of breakfast options and walking distance to everything. Thank you for a lovely few days and all your hard work to make it so fabulous. James & Sharon

We both really loved being there Pat and Stuart. You seem to have got everything just right
10.0From the moment we arrived, Pat made us very welcome and she described our local area with maps available in the Foyer. Over the 3 days we stayed there, we met Stuart on several occasions and his advise on places to walk to made our stay even better. For many reasons they probably wouldn't have been aware of, they helped me recover from health issues I had last year and if we could, we'd go back tomorrow. All the other guests we met there over the 3 days, looked like they were also having a good time so Well Done Pat and Stuart.
− There isn't anything that I didn't like. This is a Victorian property with stairs. That wasn't an issue for me but help for the luggage was on hand from Pat and Stuart if we needed it. The off road parking worked very well. They do the Job very well so if you'd like to come to the Victorian town of Llandudno and stay in a modernised Victorian Town House, This one will tick the boxes

10.0Superb guest house with wonderful hosts, breakfasts and in excellent location. Parking on site was a rea bonus. Bed and room excellent, will definitely return if in this area.
