En somme, ce logement n’est pas fondamentalement mauvais en tant que tel, juste bien trop cher pour ce qu’il propose.
5.0Le logement avec vue montagne bénéficie en effet d’une très jolie vue et la décoration de la chambre a du charme.
− Cependant plusieurs points négatifs sont à noter : la guesthouse manque d’entretien (le « jardin » notamment, toit en mauvais état) ; en ce qui concerne la chambre : le lit est très inconfortable ( lattes désordonnées, mauvais matelas), la salle de bain est très peu pratique (traces d’humidité au plafond et douche minuscule, impossible de prendre une douche sans inonder la pièce) ; manque d’équipements pour le prix ( un gel douche et savon pour les mains comme seuls produits hygiène). Après questionnement sur les dimensions du logement, il a été maintenu qu’il faisait 34 m2. Ce qui me semble inclure des parties communes mais peut-être je me trompe. Toutes ces remarques s’intègrent à une remarque générale : le rapport qualité-prix est mauvais. Pour 104 euros la nuit ( 90 selon l’hôte si l’on était passé par son site, ce qui ne change pas fondamentalement le constat), le prix est très élevé au regard de la prestation et de ce qu’il est possible de louer dans la région.

10.0Bardzo klimatyczny nocleg w górach. Pokój (dwa osobne łóżka) bardzo obszerny, z osobmą łazienką (łazienka akurat nowoczesna) i podstawowymi przybirami kuchennymi (talerze, sztućce, kubki, ekspres kapsułkowy). Samochód można zaparkować przy ulicy, dosłownie kilka schodków obok. Nie polecam zabierania torby na kółkach: tych schodków kilka jednak jest :). Ciut szkoda, że w pokoju nie ma aneksu kuchennego, ale może kiedys sie pojawi (wyprowadzenie na wodę jest!).
− Drobny minusik za łazienkę,która jest nowoczesna i idstaje klimatem od pokoju.

− Die Dusche ist extrem klein, und der Abfluss könnte besser sein. Eine Angabe im Voraus, wo man am besten parken kann (nämlich unten an der Hauptstraße) wäre hilfreich gewesen.
