Es war ein sooo wunderschöner Aufenthalt! Alles waren unglaublich freundlich, jeder Gast hat oder wollte verlängern. Ein unglaubliches Erlebnis, mit einer fabelhaften Atmosphäre! Das Essen war unglaublich lecker und man musste sich nie einen Kopf darüber machen ob es frisch ist, etc. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen:))

Double booking with poor support/accountability

− We made a last-minute booking, and while on our way to the hotel, we received a message saying there had been a mistake and the room was double-booked. Instead of taking responsibility and offering a solution right away, they initially asked us to cancel the reservation. After some insistence on our part, they eventually started looking for an alternative of equivalent value. However, they first suggested options without breakfast, even though our original booking included it. They even proposed that we return to their property in the morning for breakfast — despite the fact that the alternative hotel was quite far away. Overall, I found their handling of the situation very disappointing: they did not take proper ownership of their mistake and were not cooperative or customer-focused in their approach.

Amazing host and surf coaches

The host and the coaches were exceptional. The breakfast was very good too. I highly recommend this place, and would come back for more surf and stay!

Love the low capacity and that the place is locally-owned. It's a quiet and tranquil neighbourhood to stay in, with plenty of food choices around the hotel. The place is also very well maintained, clean and definitely safe for a solo traveller. Will definitely return to try out some surfing!
