10.0- Зручне розташуання: дуже близько до пляжу, близько до центру міста, поряд знаходяться важливі об'єкти інфраструктури, розваги - Сприятливий клімат: біля моря не так спекотно як у глибині міста, повітря не сухе, не парко, багато затінків - Відносно тихо, транспорт не заважає - Комфортніше проживання у порівнянні з іншими місцями проживання за такою самою ціною
− Недоліків не помітила. У кого чутливий сон, можуть заважати чайки, вони тут господарі міста. Їх багато, за ними цікаво спостерігати з балкону, вони літають, ходять кругом. Але уночі, особливо на світанку чайки дуже голосно "щебечуть", а зачиняти вікно і балкон не хочеться, хочеться дихати свіжим повітрям. Це можна сприймати як природній будильник, а не недолік. Загалом, я ще ніколи не чула такого різноманіття звуків, які видають місцеві чайки.
Great deal for a short-term stay
10.0Very spacious, clean room with a nice balcony. Calm street but a great central location, 1 minute to the beach. Even without AC it was quite comfortable to sleep as fresh air from the sea is coming to the room. Ani is a polite and nice host, there was no problems with my late check in (around the midnight). There is one 'blue' area close by to park the car (near some sport complex). Room has a small fridge and a cattle. Great deal for a short stay.
A pleasant stay
8.0The location of the property was a 5 minute walk from the beach. We had booked a 2 bed room for 3 people (1 double bed and 1 single bed) The room and bathroom weren't very big, but had everything you need. There's a TV, a small fridge, a balcony and we were left some dishes and cutlery if we wanted to eat in our room. The host was very kind, gave us the WiFi password, didn't bother us throughout our stay (which is something I highly appreciate!). We parked near the bus station, at a paid parking, which was a 5 minute walk from the property. Overall we had a pleasant time!
