Bad not happy this guesthouse does not justify the high price charged.
3.0Garden is okay and the room was clean.
− We requested to arrive between 8–9pm, however due to a long 10-hour journey, we only arrived at 10pm. When we called to inform the guesthouse, the owner was rude on the phone and insisted that we had confirmed an 8pm arrival instead of 10pm. We still apologised to the husband upon arrival, as we understood it was late and they were already sleeping. However, what was disappointing was the tone the wife used when questioning us about our late arrival. After such a long trip, being spoken to that way felt disrespectful. The following morning, we were not served breakfast, despite it being stated on their website that breakfast is served. We were then told that breakfast needs to be booked separately, which was never communicated to us beforehand. The condition of the bed was also not good and needs replacing. I had additionally requested an iron, which was approved, but there was no iron provided. Overall, considering the service, attitude, and the condition of the room, this guesthouse does not justify the high price charged.
