− Very disappointing experience. The room we received looked significantly different from the photos presented on Booking.com. During our stay we found mould in the bathroom, visible dampness and water damage on the walls, stained and poorly maintained surfaces, and a generally neglected condition of the room. The refrigerator was dirty and several areas showed clear signs of long-term moisture problems. In addition, there was loud drilling and renovation work taking place during our stay, sometimes before 7:00 a.m., which woke us up and significantly affected our ability to rest and enjoy our holiday. This was never mentioned before arrival. Another unpleasant surprise was a 3.5% surcharge for card payments. Before arrival I specifically contacted the property to confirm that card payment would be possible because we did not have enough cash with us. The property confirmed that card payment was accepted, but never informed us about any additional fee. We only learned about the surcharge when it was time to pay. After returning home I submitted a formal complaint to Booking.com and provided photographic evidence. The owner rejected the complaint and refused to offer any compensation. Booking.com reviewed the evidence, was unable to reach an agreement with the property, and ultimately provided compensation from its own funds instead. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

Właściciel hotelu jest super!! Pomocny, dobrze zorganizowany, zaopiekował się nami jak trzeba. Zorganizował nam wspaniałe wycieczki, dobrze wykarmił. Pokoje czyste i blisko wody i plaży. Bardzo polecam. Ceny konkurencyjne a niczego im nie brakuje.

Тихо, за исключением ежедневных призывов к молитве с находящейся рядом мечети в 5 утра. Чисто. Удобная кровать. Встретили у пристани по прибытии, довезли до пристани при отъезде. В день отъезда предоставили завтрак на час раньше обычного в связи с ранним отправлением катера. Сытные завтраки и ужины.

− Нет мыла.

All staff were amazing. Super friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was big and very tasty! Such good value for money. Well worth trying the dinner. We had it twice and it was definitely the best 2 meals we had on the island. Wish we had it more. The manager was happy to give us a lift to the beach which is helpful as it is a bit of a walk. Overall really happy with the food and staff and is amazing value for money.

− Rooms were a bit tired, bit rough around the edges and could do with some decorating. Some mould in our bathroom. As the week went on however we didn’t really care as the rest of the stay was so wonderful. The overall feel of the place made this not important.

Останавливались в Azoush Tourist Guesthouse и остались в полном восторге! Владелец гестхауса — невероятно отзывчивый и приятный человек. Он искренне заботится о гостях: выполнял все наши просьбы, помогал с любыми вопросами и делал отдых максимально комфортным. Организовал нам отличную рыбалку — мы поймали много рыбы и получили массу эмоций. Также возил нас на красивую пляжную косу и всегда забирал обратно, всё было очень удобно и без лишних забот. Сам гестхаус простой, но полностью оправдывает свою цену — отличное соотношение цена/качество. Отдельно хочется отметить питание: еды было очень много, всё вкусно и по-домашнему, мы даже не успевали всё съедать. Мы остались очень довольны отдыхом и атмосферой этого места. Обязательно вернёмся именно сюда и с радостью рекомендуем всем, кто ищет тёплый приём и душевный отдых на Мальдивах!
