10.0Cu mici excepții proprietatea arată bine.
− La dus apa se scurgea foarte lent. Pe terasă băltea apa ce tocmai o ploase. Mic dejunul nu arată prea bine. Având în vedere însă prețul mic, n-am putut să mă supăr. Pentru raportul corect calitate preț, evaluez cu nota 10.
