Great location, nice pub - sad that hotel tired decor seriously let it down.
7.0Position and view from the room was great. Pub food was good and the bar was light and airy.
− The whole of the hotel required re-decoration - it was very tired, lots of chipped paint etc and some of the doors were filthy where you pushed to open the door to common corridors (eg door from first level to the lift from our Room 2). The downstairs pub was much more cared for and decor OK. The cleanliness was very mediocre - the windows need cleaning in both bathroom and bedroom :-(

8.0Lovely location overlooking the sea. Very close to beach lift.
− Noise from lift ding donging constantly and awful squeaking floor boards from the room next door. Room was nice bathroom could do with an update.
Perfect stay and perfect start into the day.

− The door to out was shutting with some force, meaning, everything elso was as good as can be.

− The bed.. mattress to small for the divan… around 4 inches. I banged my leg several times.. which was quite painful !!
