9.0We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the town, with everything within easy walking distance. Manda was absolutely lovely, incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The entire property, including our room and the bathroom, was spotless and smelled fresh at all times. There were plenty of thoughtful extras for guests, including a fridge stocked with chilled water, an ice maker, and a well-stocked refreshment station with a great selection of coffee, tea, and instant soups. The bathroom was exceptionally well equipped, offering a full range of toiletries for both women and men, including shampoo, shower gel, deodorant, and shaving foam. Parking is on the street, but Manda kindly arranged a resident's parking permit, which made everything very convenient. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

10.0Manda was extremely welcoming and kind, made for an amazing stay where we felt comfortable and welcomed at every point. Protocols and rules were explained in full at the beginning of our stay and made for a smooth start. Refreshments and ice were provided due to the heat and the room was clean and the beds comfortable. Had an amazing time and will be sure to return in the future

10.0Amanda was really easy and friendly. She advised us a restaurant, little Sicily, that we really enjoyed. As for the room itself, we got more sundries in the room than we are used to - e.g more biscuits, and we also had access to more downstairs, like soup. The room was also very comfortable and quiet. Definitely better than more expensive places where we stayed. The place is very convenient for the promenade and town centre.
