− Awful pillows, not enough space for a family of 4, no kettle access. Was surprised at limited facilities given cost.

9.0Dejligt pænt hotel i Japansk stil, med futoner på gulvet og delt bad (Onsen). Virkelige hjælpsomme og imødekommende værter, selvom sproget kun er japansk var de ikke bange for at bruge en translator og tage sig tid. Tæt på byen, bus stop og indenfor rimelig afstand af skilift samt restauranter.
− Man skal være parat til at dele toilet og bad med de øvrige beboere.

9.0Great hosts, very friendly older local couple, gave us the rundown of the village, discounts for rental gear and lift tickets, and even drove us up to the slopes every morning.
− If you don't like sleeping on futons, it's not for you.

10.0Great stay! The location is very close to the Shinden Bus Stop, which is super convenient. The hosts are a lovely couple—very friendly and full of energy! The drying room works perfectly, and there’s a coin laundry nearby if you need it. I’d definitely love to stay here again next time. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality!
Amazing
10.0I love our host. They were so sweet, and gave us apples, choco pies og tea. One day they came with local sake which was delicious. Our room was super clean and they gave us fresh towels and linen every 3 days. The onsen was really nice and the ski bus stop was only 2 min away on foot. They nagasaka gondy is only 10 min away on foot. I will say this lodge is a jewel in Nozawa.

10.0warm and welcoming hosts. floor beds were comfortable. helped with arranging ski lift passes and traditional breakfast. property is located in the centre of town. shared facilities but there is a toilet on every floor (and only two rooms per floor). everything is exceptionally clean, we loved our stay!
