Good location for some facilities but some way from town centre. Not deserving of the term Luxury in any sense

− There were NO staff in person to meet you on arrival. Only someone that could be contacted by WhatsApp if you had any queries. When I booked through Booking. Com I had no idea of the term Residence….which turned out to mean none of the facilities/ services offered by a hotel were available. No staff, no room services etc. Apparently I was meant to have received an email that gave details of gate access codes, location of room key etc. No such email had arrived which meant I had to contact the management by phone to have all this explained. Thank goodness I arrived during the day. The bedding including mattress, sheet, cover and pillows were of very poor quality. Although the room and shower / toilet areas were clean there was a large area of carpet that looked thoroughly unwholesome. Lighting in the space was either on or off and created uncomfortable glare when in bed. Control of this was by a switch at the door with no local lighting nearby the bed. One had to get out of bed to turn lighting off leaving one stumbling around bumping around in the dark

8.0The location was excellent. Close to a lively road with an international food market, shops, massage salons and restaurants. Close to the beach. At the other side a large night market. We used the shared open kitchen to make breakfast
− We complained a couple of times about the noise: people were talking loudly or phoning late in the evening in the shared kitchen / dining area The location is far from the city center, we took a Grab bike to get there We put the ‘do not disturb’ sign, but were woken up for cleaning after a late night out
