10.0Für mich wichtig war die Unterstellmöglichkeit für mein Fahrrad. Dafür stand eine Großzügige Garage, die über Nacht verschlossen wurde, zur Verfügung. Mein E-Bike konnte ich auch direkt in der Garagee laden.
− Die Matraze war für meinen Geschmack deutlich zu hart. Unter der Matraze war auch kein Lattenrost, sondern dicke Bretter. Aber wer es hart mag, wird das vielleicht gut finden.

− Die Lage an einem gut befahren Straßenabschnitt der Vorstadt, bei offenem Fenster an warmen Tagen, Abends lange laut. Wenig Abwechslung beim Frühstück über 4 Tage.
