10.0Wonderful hosts, a super sweet husband and wife team, and the place is right in the middle of all the action in Monterosso. It’s only a five minute walk from the train station, so getting to the other Cinque Terre villages is a breeze. Beaches, food, gelato… all just a few minutes away. Couldn’t be more convenient.
Rude host, was not welcome.

− We booked this accomodation for 4 adults and a baby but forgot to add the baby to our reservation. Since the baby sleeps with us in the bed we thought it was not necessary and was an honest mistake. When we arrived the host Elisa refused to let us even come inside as we had a baby and was told this was not allowed. Her reasoning was that it was not safe for a baby and accused us of lying and said we were not able to get a refund. Half our group stayed in this accomodation and half had to book a second accomodation last minute. We weren't even allowed to bring the baby inside to stay in the air conditioning as we booked our next accomodation. The apartment itself was small but functional. Location was in town but very loud all night. We were aware of the tourist tax of $3/night but we're charged $20 for 2 people saying it was for the police. Positives: Cold AC, comfy beds, location in town Cons: Rude host, very loud all evening/night. Must leave from 10-1230 for cleaning. $20 for 'police' tax.
Great value in the heart of Cinque Terre
10.0Perfect location and minimal stairs (1 flight, but the owner helped me!). Really clean and a clothesline outside the window was really handy! The apartment was steps from the beach & only a short walk (flat) to the station connecting Monterosso to the other 4 towns and beyond!

10.0Great location central to everything in Monterosso. Very clean, well furnished and great hosts who were very helpful and quickn to respond to our questions and WhatsApp messages.
− Only a minor suggestion is to have more shelves in the bathroom to place or toiletries etc. We were in the family room.

10.0The location was excellent, the room was very clean, a bit small but honestly very cozy. The couple was super sweet and really attentive and came to clean our room every morning. The other guest were not noisy and we could not hear them from our room.
