5.0La ubicación es excelente; está céntrica y con varias tiendas, restaurantes y cafeterías alrededor. La habitación es práctica para estancias cortas y el personal en general es muy amable y hospitalario.
− Cuando reservamos, en la descripción de la habitación decía que contaba con AC, pero no esperábamos que fuera un AC de piso; el problema realmente fue que no nos dejó dormir: era demasiado ruidoso y hacía demasiado calor como para mantenerlo apagado, y no contábamos con otro ventilador. Expresamos esta situación a recepción y fue lamentable que prácticamente nos culparan por esto, mencionando que no *avisamos* antes de que requiriéramos AC, lo que no tiene sentido, de hecho, en la descripción de la habitación lo ofrecen. Por esto no logramos descansar muy bien; sin embargo, el resto del staff en general fue muy amable. Solo revisen bien sus habitaciones y sus reservas para que se eviten este tipo de inconvenientes.
