10.0Posizione eccezionale a 50 metri dal mare. Disponibilità e cortesia dei titolari. Camera pulitissima e terrazzo spazioso. Super consigliato!

9.0Camera ampia ,accogliente e silenziosa con un incantevole terrazzo vista oleandri e mare. Bagno grande comodo. Punto perfetto per arrivare al mare e raggiungere Follonica in pochi minuti. Parcheggio comodissimo e ristorante delizioso a piano terra.

8.0Camera e bagno ampi e puliti. La nostra camera affacciava sulla strada, ma non abbiamo sentito rumori durante la notte. Condizionatore ben funzionante in camera; nella zona reception non c'era e faceva molto caldo ma del resto è una zona solo di passaggio. È un affittacamere, non un albergo, quindi mettersi d'accordo in anticipo con i proprietari per orario check-in e check-out perché non sono sul luogo ma ci hanno sempre risposto tempestivamente. Suggerimento: mettere delle persiane o delle tende oscuranti più pesanti e scure perché la mattina presto entra la luce e può essere un problema dormire. Ottima la posizione sulla strada principale per raggiungere tante località e spiagge. Comodo parcheggio privato

5.0Nagyon közel a tenger jó a strand. Nagyon jó étterem van a szállás alatt!
− A tetőtéren van a szállás a recepció és nagyon rossz a szigetelés iszonyat meleg van! A klíma csak a szobában van de az nem bírja a meleget! Annyira meleg volt hogy klíma melett is izzadtam! A szoba annyira túlmelegedett, olyan volt mintha padlófűtés ment volna a szobában ráadásul nem kapcsolták be a klímát szerintem kb 40C volt a szálláson.

9.0Prima di tutto la puntualità del servizio, poi la signora un sacco carina d'avvero! E cosa che ho apprezzato la pulizia della camera veramente pulito,cosa che di solito raramente si trova un posto profumato/pulito (che non sa di umidità)!! Lo consiglio vivamente anche perché si sta vicini al mare a due min a piedi ☺️
