Excellent customer service
10.0I was traveling by car and half way through my trip I got an email from my host Claudia telling me that they cant accomodate me because the heating was broken. She then booked me in another accomodation at the same price which was great. As I was driving I didnt have time to try and find another accomodation, but Claudia did that for me. Thanks a lot!
It is ok if you don't have any other option
8.0− Cold. The only heat source was the air conditionate Shower needs a curtain You need to call the host to get the keys, wasn't very clear for me Host not responsive on Booking (messaging)
