10.0La struttura si trova in una posizione davvero strategica, a pochi passi dalla funivia e dal centro della città, perfetta per visitare le principali attrazioni e per muoversi comodamente a piedi. La camera era spaziosa, ben organizzata e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la pulizia impeccabile degli ambienti, che è stata davvero uno dei punti di forza della struttura. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre cordiale, gentile e disponibile.
− L’unico suggerimento che ci sentiamo di dare riguarda la reperibilità nelle ore notturne. Durante il nostro soggiorno, intorno all’una di notte, è scattato l’allarme antincendio e siamo riusciti a contattare il proprietario solo dopo circa 30 minuti, durante i quali l’allarme ha continuato a suonare. Comprendiamo che inconvenienti di questo tipo possano capitare, ma proprio per questo riteniamo che sarebbe utile avere un numero di telefono sempre reperibile, anche durante la notte, così da poter gestire tempestivamente eventuali emergenze e garantire maggiore tranquillità agli ospiti.
