− No kettle in the room Not suffifient bedding Water shortage It is not in the goos area They could improve in making it more homely than just a place to sleep

− * Room was not fully equipped, the pictures did not match the actual room. * 1 old towel, that is probably 5 years old and torn. * Plumbing is wack, shower floor very slippery and the sink fills up, * Wi-Fi was acting up. * No tea station, just a microwave and fridge. * No bedside table for things like phone and spectacles, had to put them on the bed * No ventilation, the room was very hot, I had to sleep with a window open. Overall experience was terrible, the only good thing was that they had my favorite dstv channel. Honestly, I feel scammed, the room is worth half the price.
